Why Combination Classes Work
Cardio and strength in one session, typically 45 to 60 minutes in total
Higher intensity cardio, because the block is shorter and more focused
Strength work performed while your heart rate is already elevated
Efficient for members training around work, school runs and early mornings
Variety that keeps training interesting week after week
All equipment provided, and every format scales to your level
Who Combination Classes Are For
Combination classes suit members who are short on time, members who want cardio and strength in the same week without doubling their sessions, and members who simply do not enjoy a full hour on the bike. They also work well for anyone returning to fitness, because the cardio block stays short enough to feel manageable while the strength work builds a base.
Built Because Members Asked for Them
Our combination classes exist because our members told us what they wanted. We have reduced the number of bikes in the cycling room to create a more dynamic space, which allows us to move between the bike and the floor within a single class. That change is what made Cycle Core and the rest of this program possible, and it is a good example of how a small studio can adapt in a way a large chain cannot.
